Walk-in staff provides crisis intervention, counseling, and court and hospital advocacy to survivors of partner abuse, rape and sexual abuse, plus referrals to appropriate agencies.
24-hour Hotline and Crisis Intervention - staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to answer the phones and respond to the needs of survivors of partner abuse, rape and sexual abuse.
Counselor Advocates - provide short and long term counseling, support, referrals and safety planning.
Hospital Advocacy - is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to promote sensitive treatment of survivors of sexual abuse and partner abuse in local hospitals.
Group Services - is offered to partner abuse survivors, child witnesses of domestic abuse, as well as, survivors of rape, sexual abuse and non-offending parents of sexually abused children.
Court Advocacy - assist clients in filing emergency protective orders or criminal charges, attend court hearings and police interviews, and assist with victim's compensation.
Multi-Cultural Program - provides services and addresses the effects of language and cultural barriers to domestic violence and sexual assault victims and educates professionals, law enforcement in the community.
Elder Abuse Program - provides services to elder victims of domestic violence and sexual assault and educates professionals, law enforcement and the community on the dynamics of elder abuse.
IDA Program - assists clients in accessing available tax credits, financial education classes, credit assistance and establish Individual Development Accounts (IDA). IDAs are dedicated savings accounts where the survivors savings are matched with federal and private monies to be used for home ownership, education, or starting a small business.
